Cinema
The cinema business can portray a variety of working activities defining the stories portrayed in every cinema picture. The underlying notion concerning work here is the necessity: work can not only be an activity of production, worth, engagement but there is also a surviving quality to it that goes hand in hand with culture, society, economics and politics.
A tv series focused on the portrayal of the everyday and ordinary lives of a group of people working in the same company and the relations taking place amongst them, or The Office. Within a seemingly uninspiring space, lives take place in all their facets resulting in a somehow mirroring entertainment. The Help on the other hand brings about issues of discrimination and privilege, in the form of both colour and gender, in the working environment of the household. At last, Fantastic Mr. Fox, a movie with many layers of interpretations, detached from ordinary figures, but where the element of work can be found as strictly related to both necessity and technology alongside and, somehow also, against nature.
